Im Peter a RN from Sweden wondering IF anyone have generic care plans
for a Heart Failure patient in the acute / post acute scenario ?
We are in a stage were we are trying to develop such care plans for
every major group at our ED / Acute ward.
I would be grateful for any care plan for any cardiac / neuro / medical
/ Surgical / Lung (asthma, emphysema, fibrosis, and so on) patient.
