Would anyone be willing to share a policy for changing from the prehospital
cervical collar to a more "skin-friendly" collar for those patients whose
cervical spine cannot be cleared in the early hours of their care?  Am
interested in what you use for a timeframe, who is allowed to make the
change, who needs to be apprised of the change, etc.  My fax # is
