Thank-you,
One of the things I have been thinking about - but have yet to get approval on -

We have a nurse who is our risk manager - she is so straight forward and really awesome. I was thinking it would be cool to set up several mock trials and have nurses bring their documentation (or I could find one of theirs) and have them go on "trial" for their documentation.

Two nurses who have gone to court have drastically improved their documentation. The Trial would be in the learning form and not hateful in way, shape or form. I have also thought about requiring the documentation article and CE that just came out in the NurseWeek magazine as a manadatory requirement for all ED staff.

Has anybody tried any of these things - and has it worked? Even for a little while?
Lisa
