Does anyone use a preprinted trauma attending daily progress note that
they would be willing to share? If so, could you please email it to me
and/or fax it to 410-614-1811?
Thank you in advance,

Attached is the document that I have revised for my inpatient rounding
on trauma patients. I focus on the ICU, cannot do this on all in-house
patients. It helps me keep my director updated and is great for
recollection when the case drops out for peer review. I actually
received it from one of the ACS surveyors during our last survey and
have revised it since.
Hope it helps!

Does anyone have a screening tool / critique form for trauma case
reviews? If so, would you please email or fax a copy of your form(s)?
