Theresa,

We have used Lancets Trauma One Program since 1992 and have been very pleased with it.  The program is very flexible for customizing data entry pages and reports .  There is also excellent technical support.  Contact Stephanie Markmann 903-535-6598 or Jana Love 903-531-8249 should you need further information.

I am performing a general survey to obtain an overall satisfaction rate of the various trauma centers with their trauma registry software.  What do you like or dislike about the software i.e.. difficult to use, slow to respond, unable to query information, etc. What programs are being used?  Do you have to download your information separately to a national database?  Are you required by your state to use a specified software.  All information is appreciated.  Also if I could obtain names of people to contact to get additional information.

Thanks,

Theresa Radeker
