                This comes from our HIPPA experts:
                Calling patients from a waiting area is considered an
incidental disclosure and is allowed.  Whiteboards should be located in a
non-public area and have very limited patient information noted on them.
Only direct patient care givers should be able to view the whiteboard info.
Patients who ask to be confidential should not be noted on a whiteboard at
