1.  Does anyone know of any articles, practices, or legislature that promote 
access to rehab for traumatic brain injury patients who may or may not be 
insured?   
2.  To what kind of facility do you send your head injury patients who may not 
meet CARF guidelines? (Do you have long term care in your state for head injury 
patients)?
3.  Does your state have facilities to which you can send head injury patients 
without family support?  (If so, what state are you in)?  May I contact you for 
more information?
