yes we are doing this but there is not a set protocol per say.
We do it toward the last resort options.
Bolus with 10mg/kg over an hour then a drip of 1-3 mg/kg/hr until burst
suppression about 1 every 30 seconds. we use pressors to maintain BP and CPP
if necessary
