We currently check out our trauma pagers twice daily. The same time as the hospital code pagers. At 8a and 8p.

At the moment we test our trauma pagers once a week with a return call to the operator.
There is no delay for team members responding to trauma alerts.
Would like to know how other Level I and II programs check their paging system - daily, weekly and how you validate the test page.
Thank you
Kerry
