We check ours every 12 hours. Usually 0800-2000 with return calls operator.

At the moment we test our trauma pagers once a week with a return call to the operator.

There is no delay for team members responding to trauma alerts.

Would like to know how other Level I and II programs check their paging system - daily, weekly and how you validate the test page.
