1. We monitor 10 filters, per State requirements.
2. Both, we do individual filters for areas which the rates indicate need
individual attention.

* How many filters do you monitor?
* Do you monitor specific complications (DVT/PE) on a regular basis
with specific filters or just by occurrence rate and run reports from that?
