we are still using paper for trauma documentation. the emergency medicine
physicians are using the electronic T-sheet system for their documentation. but
the ED record and all nursing documentation is till paper. By the way, I don't
care for the T-sheet system, I find it very incomplete and difficult obtain any
amount of useful information from their documentation.

Subject: [traumanurses] ED documentation
1) Who is using an electronic medical record for documentation of trauma
resuscitations in the ED? Do you like it? Is it user friendly? Did it
improve the documentation?
2) Is anyone using a different method other than hand written flow sheet or
electronic medical record?
Thanks
