Hello All,
    I am in the process of developing a protocol for DVT prophylaxis for my 
institution.  Would anyone like to share their protocol/guideline with me.  
Or if anyone has the recommendations from the Journal of Chest, I would 
greatly appreciate this info.  Thank you so much.
