Lisa,
Our House Supervisors have access to the pharmacy during off hours to retrieve needed meds with protocols in place.  We have a pharmacist on-call 24/7 for questions or to come in for emergency medication needs. We are ACS verified Level II.

Hi,

I had an interesting question posed to me today and was wondering what rationales / issues (pro's / cons) that you could share with me regarding the availablity of a 24-hour pharmacist.

ACS says nothing - our state regs say nothing. When you respond can you share the facility level designation / verification that you are.

Thanks
