We have a pharmacist in-house 24-7. It works well from a trauma perspective.
The ED and SICU also have 1 FTE Pharmacist for each area. The SICU
Pharmacist rounds with the SICU team and has been very helpful. The ED
Pharmacist is well integrated into the clinical day-to-day activities.
