We have wording in the agreement that says that they automatically renew. Also
I try to get together with our lawyers annually and make sure that the wording
is still appropriate. We are in the process of sending out new agreements to
everyone now since we finally got to a point where we needed to update all of
them. Before that our old agreements were in place for about 10 years.
