Denver Health's Trauma Program has the following committees:

Trauma Services Committee (TSC)---Multidisciplinary,General Trauma Program 
information, stats subcommittee reports, concurrent review report, a PI project 
will usually be highlighted, systems problems discussed, financials presented.

Trauma PI Work Group --- deals with the details of PI for the Trauma Program.  
Reports up to TSC.

Trauma M&M -- Peer review, multidisciplinary of trauma pt complications and 
deaths.

Injury Prevention Committee -- Discusses and plans IP activities.  Reports to 
TSC.

Pediatric Trauma Committee -- Discusses pediatric issues and reviews all peds 
deaths. Reports to TSC.

Other ad-hoc committees are formed as needed.

I was interested in finding out about the structure of  your trauma
programs committees,  frequency of meeting, what is discussed at each
meeting.  Do you have separate meetings for operational issues or is this
in one inclusive meeting and depending upon issue identification broken up
in subsets.
