Our trauma committee meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 7:00 until 7:30 for morbidity / mortality review. At 7:30 the doors open for EMS and the rest of the nursing / administration. Then our agenda is:

Approval of minutes from previous month
  Introduction and Announcements
  Trauma Coordinator's Update
    This month I am doing:
                Trauma 2004 Calendars
Farmington's Trauma and Critical Care Conference
                C-Collars
                OB Trauma Triage
EMS Update (we give each MD director opportunity to tell us about new policies / happenings)
   New Business
   Other

We also have TQIST (Trauma Quality Improvement Screening Team) This meets 2x per month. This is hospital directors and EMS medical officers / directors and our quality / bed control MD. We screen all trauma activations, head injuries and morbidity / mortality system issues and make referrals to trauma committee or ED section for MD peer review.

I was interested in finding out about the structure of  your trauma
programs committees,  frequency of meeting, what is discussed at each
meeting.  Do you have separate meetings for operational issues or is this
in one inclusive meeting and depending upon issue identification broken up
in subsets.

Thanks in advance for your help!!
