see attached. We meet once a month (generally we cancel the one in December
to give people a break for the holiday). Our Trauma Program Performance
Committee's purpose is to focus on the "process of trauma" and ensure a
smooth transition from prevention to rehab. Our Trauma Peer Review is a
"protected" committee (non discoverable, confidential) and that is where we
review M&M. Our Trauma Program Performance Committee meets at 0700, then
the meeting is adjourned and the members of Peer Review stay to review
cases.

I was interested in finding out about the structure of your trauma
programs committees, frequency of meeting, what is discussed at each
meeting. Do you have separate meetings for operational issues or is this
in one inclusive meeting and depending upon issue identification broken up
in subsets.
