A Trauma Care Unit nurse calls the Trauma Patients/ Families who are
discharged from our Trauma Care unit. (Our trauma patients are
consolidated in this unit). We have recently incorporated the questions
into our registry (Ntracs) for inclusion in our PI/Outcomes measurement
process.

How are you measuring patient and family satisfaction at your
facilities. Are you separating trauma service patients out from other
services etc.?
